Sonic Foundry Stress Plug-In (SFSTRESS.AX)

The Sonic Foundry Stress Plug-In demonstrates a stress conditions for host
applications. This is useful when implementing a host application and
ensuring compatibility with DirectX Audio Plug-Ins. Please see the comments
within this plug-in (and in the PIDK manual) for more information.
